“PHENOMANAL!!!!! Anyone considering any other company flat out would be making a grave mistake. I should have done before and after pictures but as a betting woman, I never thought they would get the stains out of two of the rooms my teenage niece and nephew destroyed. Not only did the khaki carpet on my four rooms get cleaned and come out spic and span, but hands down this is they provided the BEST customer service I have seen in over a decade! Both my husband and I are retired Navy and have VERY high standard for the level of service provided when you are paying a fair wage. We have lived in this home over 12 years now and had carpet cleaned now on three occasions, and the black light they used showed us the previous three companies did not hold up their end of the bargain. Will NEVER use another company.

“The BEST carpet cleaning service we have used! Our carpet was cleaned 5 months ago by another company and had a very bad experience. A good friend recommended Knockout Cleaning Service. From the moment I called and spoke with Karleigh I explained why we needed our carpet cleaned. We have a yorkie who has left several pet stains on our carpet. We also had a husky dog that had a pancreatic attack in one of the bedrooms. She assured me the carpet would be properly cleaned. She explained the process and emailed me all the information along with a quote…no extra hidden costs.
Brandon arrived on time and explained the process again. He looked at the areas and showed me with his ultraviolet flashlight all the soiled spots.
When Brandon finished cleaning he showed me the results with his ultraviolet flashlight and there were no spots! So happy to have a fresh spotless carpet that looks like new!
