Unlike some companies, we ALWAYS pre-vacuum as the first step at no additional charge – this is an important step because eliminating as much of the loose dirt, dust & debris as possible allows the steam cleaning portion of the cleaning to be as effective as possible. We then use one of our high quality pre-sprays to treat the area completely, and at this point of the process we will also apply any urine/biohazard treatment as needed. The next step is agitating (or scrubbing) the carpet using a CRB (Counter Rotating Brush). This step combined with the pre-treatment is imperative for the removal of deep staining and soil as well as for eliminating persistent odors. In the majority of homes, the CRB step is crucial as it works to remove the dirt, dust, hair, debris, and other materials that the vacuum may have missed or been unable to remove. Finally, we begin the deep cleaning process by utilizing a method of steam cleaning called hot water extraction (HWE). Our equipment super-heats water creating steam at industry leading temperatures (typically between 240º – 260ºF) that is then blasted into the carpet while simultaneously extracting all of the dirt and grime out of your carpet by an incredibly powerful vacuum powered by our Steamaction truck mount unit. This leaves your carpet completely sanitized and refreshed and restoring them to nearly new status! Then, if you’d like, the cleaning will be followed with a deodorizer applied to your carpet. The deodorizer will neutralize any lingering odors and leave your carpet smelling fresh!
